About Lauren

Lauren is deeply fascinated by the complexities and interconnections of the human body. She pursued her passion for anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics at the University of Guelph, where she earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Human Kinetics. She then advanced her studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario, obtaining a Master of Osteopathic Manual Science (M.OMSc). To further enrich her expertise, she earned a Graduate Diploma in Animal Osteopathy (GDAO) from the Canadian Academy of Animal Osteopathy. Lauren is also a proud member in good standing with Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN).

Excited to apply her skills to support both human and animal patients, Lauren is a passionate outdoor enthusiast. In her free time, you’ll find her gardening, hiking, camping, canoeing, or trail riding. She also cherishes moments spent with animals, whether at the stable or pampering her beloved pets. Lauren’s passion for animals shines through in her lifelong dedication to horses. She has competed at the provincial level in hunter and jumper equestrian events. As a seasoned rider and horse owner, she brings a wealth of equine experience to her osteopathic care for horses.
